Summary
Join Valon's Legal Risk Compliance team as a Servicing Compliance Analyst and become the servicing expert of all RESPA requirements. You will work closely with business partners to drive compliance functions, spearhead audits, perform compliance testing, and assist in maintaining Valon’s Loan Quality Queue. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience and understands servicing rules. Requirements
- To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience
- Understand servicing rules
- You can own the administrator role for FHA Connection and VA’s Valeri systems
Responsibilities
- Own and become the servicing expert of all RESPA requirements
- Understand and assist loan administration by maintaining and overseeing Valon’s servicing fee schedule and document library
- Spearhead ad hoc audits as necessary
- Perform targeted compliance testing as needed
- Assist on maintaining Valon’s Loan Quality Queue
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the Jira preferred, but not required
