Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role (payroll experience preferred)
- Bachelorβs degree required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and G Suite
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and task management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach
- Friendly, professional, and eager to collaborate across teams (Sales, Risk, Partner Success, R&D)
- Team player with a natural desire to help others succeed
Responsibilities
- Partner with the operations team to create an exceptional and streamlined onboarding experience for new hires
- Oversee the setup email inbox, ensuring all inquiries are addressed swiftly and organized for maximum efficiency
- Lead the initial review of incoming setups, ensuring accuracy and timely progression through Check
- Verify access to critical reports and data, guaranteeing that all information required for payroll implementation is readily available
- Establish clear timelines and delegate tasks to both outsourced teams and full-time employees to drive progress
- Actively monitor and follow up on setups in the blocked queue, ensuring quick resolutions and continuous workflow
- Identify and address gaps in implementation processes and tools, recommending improvements to boost overall efficiency
- Contribute to key cross-functional payroll initiatives, playing an active role in enhancing payroll operations across the company
