Summary

Join Nutrabolt as their Shopper Marketing Manager and own the strategy and development for Mass & Club channels. You will create programs to boost sales and brand equity, leveraging insights across various touchpoints. This mostly-remote role (with occasional travel) requires experience in shopper marketing, specifically with Walmart, Target, and Sam's Club. You'll analyze program success, manage budgets, and build relationships with retailers and partners. Requirements

  • Ideally has 3+ years’ experience in shopper, trade and/or E-commerce
  • Previous knowledge/experience working with Mass & club retailers such as Walmart, Target and Sam’s Club
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities across various retailers simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting/public speaking
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Own the Shopper Marketing strategy and development for Mass & Club channels
  • Develop programming that drives short and long-term sales, as well as builds our brand equity
  • Understand the shopper journey and incorporate insights across retailer, channel, brand, and shopper
  • Use integrated marketing plans to identify touchpoints that can seamlessly facilitate shopper engagement across various classes of trade
  • Leverage brand assets and programming and translate those into retailer-specific shopper programs to drive velocities and gain off-shelf placement
  • Develop KPIs to determine program success and improve on future programming
  • Analyze and report on how well each program initiative achieves its specific objectives
  • Strong understanding of Target, Walmart & Sam’s Club digital ecosystems (e.g WMC, Roundel & MAP)
  • Identify key 3rd party Shopper Marketing partners, build annual plans and manage relationships with these partners
  • Build and maintain relationships across sales, brand, trade, and category management
  • Forge strong partnerships with retailer marketing counterparts
  • Be the voice of Shopper Marketing in customer calls/line reviews and internal meetings
  • Strong budget management: manage the shopper budget to ensure accuracy and fiscal responsibility
