Summary

Join Persona's demand generation team as an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager. You will build and execute a best-in-class ABM program, driving pipeline growth and increasing funnel velocity for key accounts. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams. Success in this position demands a data-driven approach, a growth mindset, and proven experience in developing and executing impactful ABM campaigns. You will leverage technology to personalize campaigns and optimize execution. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B SaaS experience and a strong analytical background.

Requirements

  • 5 years B2B Saas experience with 3+ years account based marketing or enterprise marketing experience, with demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful campaigns
  • An action-oriented and growth mindset. You are curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and love working with sales and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver outstanding business results
  • Proven ability in owning account based marketing programs from conception through execution (this tactical experience includes list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, personalized websites and landing pages, account based ads, direct mail / gifting, and social network targeting)
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Outstanding proactive communication skills and ability to problem solve with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, data-driven, and team-focused environment
  • Understanding of KPIs and account based marketing and campaign performance metrics across marketing channels and can communicate performance to various cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical background and thrives in making data-driven decisions
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, SFDC and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus)

Responsibilities

  • Utilize ABX programs to drive pipeline and increase funnel velocity for key accounts; analyze performance and use benchmarking to guide ABM campaign decisioning and optimization opportunities
  • Build and execute a best-in-class ABM program that delivers personalized buying experiences for Persona’s target accounts
  • Own every aspect of ABM programming, including account strategy, goal setting, list segmentation, campaign planning and execution, content creation, experimentation, follow-up, and performance reporting
  • Report, communicate successes, learnings, and iteration recommendations based on learnings to GTM leaders
  • Partner with marketing, sales development, sales, and operations teams to conduct account research, both with internal teams (AEs, CSMs, etc.) as well as external data sources, aligning account content strategies to Persona’s use cases, and leveraging the relevant messaging and positioning frameworks
  • Develop programs and playbooks that drive demand in key accounts; influencing, engaging, and multithreading target audiences and personas
  • Work with operations and growth teams to implement seamless workflows, craft compelling offers, and optimize ABM execution using Persona’s tech stack
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven and tailored to maximize impact
