Site Content Coordinator

Summary

The job description is for a Site Content Coordinator role at OLAPLEX, Inc., a science-driven beauty company. The position is a one-year contract requiring 40 hours a week during East Coast hours. The role involves managing site content updates, setting up promotions and discount codes, troubleshooting customer service questions, performing weekly site walks, managing reviews, running a weekly inventory report, and communicating with the demand planning team on additional inventory needed for upcoming promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 2 years of working experience

Responsibilities

• Manage site content updates from submitting the creative brief, updating assets and copy, new product setup and maintenance
• Responsible for setting up promotions and discount codes, qa’ing, and updating the discount/ promo tracker to share with the Customer Service team weekly
• Troubleshoot customer service questions that may arise from site experience or promotion issues
• Perform weekly site walks and place weekly test orders on all sites
• Ensure all translations for INTL sites are captured, and open a ticket when needed
• Assist the team in QA’ing weekly emails
• Manage reviews on an ongoing basis - publish to the site weekly and syndication reviews on a quarterly basis
• Run a weekly inventory report and manage communication with demand planning team on additional inventory needed for upcoming promotions

Preferred Qualifications

• Shopify experience a must
• Experience in Photoshop a plus
