Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in marine construction methodologies, innovative technologies, and sustainable practices
• Ability to interpret technical documents and plans
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in site supervision
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern work environments
• Prior experience managing large-scale marine projects
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH)

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction of marine infrastructure
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to oversee marine construction activities
• Lead and manage a team of workers, crane operators, and divers
• Conduct team training through Toolbox Talks, safety drills, and pre-task briefings
• Ensure that all personnel comply with safety and environmental regulations
• Monitor and ensure that construction activities adhere to approved specifications
• Develop and manage the project schedule, tracking progress and providing regular updates
• Identify and resolve delays or potential risks
• Address and resolve any on-site challenges that arise
