Summary

Join Airbnb in Canada as their Slack and Google Workspace Administrator! Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a Slack Admin and Google Workspace Admin
• Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills
• Confidence in handling operational tasks and working with non-technical users and 3rd-party vendors
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and resolve customer requests professionally
• Must work EST hours
• Overtime requires prior approval
• Ability to meet resource demands and implement contingency plans for attrition

Responsibilities

• Manage and support applications, including: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box, LDAP
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding requests, Slack apps, Google Marketplace, and Slack channel share requests
• Independently manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using OneLogin
• Audit existing runbooks, identify gaps, and create/update guides
• Triage, process, and resolve operational requests while managing escalations

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably 8+ years of experience in IT
