Requirements

• 10 years experience in social media with 5+ years in crypto or fintech
• Understanding of the crypto market, shifting web3 landscape and internet culture
• Experience growing X, TikTok, Instagram, Discors, & Linkedin communities
• Demonstrated ability to create and optimize product marketing and social campaigns
• Ability to context switch and manage multiple concurrent projects with ease
• Excellent leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Emotionally intelligent
• Leadership qualities - be able to prioritize right and align expectations effectively
• Ability and acumen to marry creativity with data
• Learner mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall social growth and product marketing plan to align with company goals – driving product adoption, growth and social engagement
• Lead product and partnership campaigns across social media, ensuring alignment across product, brand and leadership teams
• Conceptualize, coordinate, and create compelling evergreen social content across our different social channels
• Manage, mentor, and develop the team – fostering moving fast while focusing on the big little details, endless curiosity and experimentation
• Partner with cross functional teams, including brand, product, design, legal, and finance to effectively execute marketing moments
