You will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, manage social media interactions, track campaign performance, generate leads, and conduct market research. Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in marketing or related field
• Strategic output, can analyze large amounts of content and come up with actionable insights to improve our online presence
• Must be able to design reels and posts (in house editor available to support)
• Excellent spelling and grammar
• Working knowledge with CRM programs (Hubspot)
• Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Profiency with Meta campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must share portfolio or links to previous work done/accounts managed
• Advanced/native english written/speaking

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly paid and organic social media marketing strategy
• Design content and write captions for the agency’s organic social media channels
• Design content and write captions for the agency’s paid media efforts
• Manage DMs and comments for all social media channels
• Install tracking pixels to track the success of the marketing strategy
• Generate leads on social media channels and pass them sales team
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities: What are other agencies doing?
• Assist with organizing promotional events
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing metrics
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
