Requirements

• Proficiency in Meta/Facebook Ads Manager for ad launches and performance tracking
• Familiarity with Shopify for coordinating e-commerce needs
• Strong research and outreach skills to identify market opportunities
• Basic understanding of ad optimization strategies on Facebook/Meta
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies for new product launches
• Work with the creative team to finalize sales pages and marketing materials
• Communicate with manufacturers to address and resolve production issues
• Launch and monitor Facebook ads, performing basic optimizations such as pausing underperforming ads, scaling budgets for high-performing ones, and tracking campaign performance
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas for campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
