Requirements
- Have 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community management, preferably in healthcare or wellness industries
- Possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and a passion for keeping up with trends
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Possess the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Demonstrate a passion for empowering women and addressing health and wellness
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to Winona's target audience, ensuring alignment with our brand voice, values, and marketing goals
- Create engaging, informative, and empowering content that highlights Winonaβs expertise and menopause treatment solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a dynamic content calendar
- Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of content across multiple platforms
- Ensure all content remains accurate, on-brand and up to date
- Collaborate with PR, email, and other marketing departments within Winona to ensure consistency and amplify the impact of the content
- Build and maintain an active and supportive online community
- Foster meaningful engagement with followers
- Work with patient services to address inquiries professionally
- Design strategies to promote content through social media campaigns, email marketing, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools
- Evaluate engagement, conversions, and audience behavior
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to refine and optimize the content strategy
- Collaborate closely with ad buyers, lifecycle marketing teams, and content writers to ensure coordinated efforts and consistency across messaging
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends and practices
- Oversee and manage Winona's social media accounts, fostering positive and constructive conversations among patients
- Lead content planning meetings and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline content planning processes and improve team productivity
