Social Media Designer

Summary

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of visual trends and platform-specific content formats
• Multidisciplinary design skills with experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation
• Proven track record in developing visual content specifically for social media
• Fluent English is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all visual content for social media posts, including graphic design, video shooting, editing, and asset organization
• Create content tailored to each platform to drive engagement and audience growth
• Develop and distribute design templates for use by the communications team and other marketing teams, ensuring brand consistency and efficiency
• Organize and participate in on-location shoots as needed to produce authentic and engaging content for social media
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure that all content is aligned with the brand guidelines and marketing strategy
• Generate innovative ideas and creative concepts for social content that align with the brand's image, values, and goals

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is a strong plus
