Summary

Join Airalo's Growth team as a Social Media Manager, EU & CIS, and shape the strategy of our social media ecosystem in Europe. You will lead the European Social Media Specialists while maintaining a strong hands-on approach.

Requirements

  • Approx. 7-10 years of experience in social media and creative development
  • Previous management and hiring experience, with a great leadership style and very people-oriented
  • Deep understanding of European cultures, consumer behavior, and market trends
  • Professional level of English, impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience in brand management, content, influencers marketing and market insight with an in-depth understanding of the social and digital space
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, Telegram, Linkedin, Snapchat (and other eventual emerging social media) and abreast of social media best practices, and regional, and global trends
  • Superior internal/external communication & cross-functional stakeholder management skills
  • Enjoying and excelling at handling multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix & complex environment
  • Good time management with an eye for perfection & a strong operational background

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and oversight of a strategic, multi-channel global social media marketing plan
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Global teams to ensure alignment with overarching company goals while allowing flexibility for Regional nuances in strategy execution
  • Develop and execute an effective social media strategy tailored to the EU & CIS Region to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Monitor and actively engage with the Airalo community on social media platforms, respond to comments, questions, and feedback promptly, and build positive relationships with followers
  • Develop a wide range of content forms to best utilize the platforms and technology available to us, including videos, text or animation, live action, open mic, and other content forms that best help us cultivate community and affinity for Airalo
  • Integrate and measure the value of social media programs with the Growth team, optimizing content types and channel strategies based on data, while analyzing performance and KPIs/metrics for the channel
  • Manage a team. of Social Media Specialists all over Europe/CIS and hire new team members accordingly to the needs of the Region growth
  • Handle potential social media crises effectively, maintain a positive brand image, and address customer concerns professionally
