Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and industry best practices
• Creative problem-solver with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding (and passion for) web3, blockchain technology, NFTs, and degen/meme cultures
• Adept content creation skills, including copy writing, graphic design, animation and video editing
• Proficient user of social analytics and listening tools with the skills to match

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, create and deploy engaging content across multiple owned social platforms
• Develop and execute on a comprehensive social media strategy for Thesis* and portfolio products
• Identify opportunities to increase our social presence and stand up and manage any new necessary channels
• Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels
• Create processes and documentation so that social media team can be scaled when necessary
• Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify and curate product and ecosystem-related news with our content team
• Compose high-quality copy and visual content for each social media campaign

• A strong portfolio of work rife with memes
• Crypto native and deep into the DeFi space
• Proven experience in utilizing influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand reach and drive community growth
