Requirements

  • Creative Writing: Strong ability to write creative and engaging captions that align with brand messaging
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Time Zone: Availability to work in EST

Responsibilities

  • Content Calendar Creation: Develop and maintain detailed content calendars for three consumer product brands
  • Brand Positioning and Strategy: Devise and implement brand positioning and organic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Multi-Platform Posting: Manage and execute posting across various social media platforms, ensuring content is tailored to each platform's audience
  • Creative Caption Writing: Write compelling and creative captions that align with each brand's voice and resonate with the audience
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality graphical and video content using tools like Canva and CapCut. Must have an iPhone or camera to film content
  • Direct-to-Consumer Marketing: Leverage experience in direct-to-consumer marketing to drive engagement and sales through social media efforts
  • Community Management: Actively respond to direct messages and comments, fostering a positive and engaging community around the brands
  • Analytics Updates: Regularly provide analytics updates on social media accounts, tracking performance metrics and providing insights
  • Trend Identification: Identify and share trends, creating content that aligns with trending topics and enhances brand relevance
  • UGC Outreach: Conduct outreach to micro-influencers for user-generated content, providing them with messages and affiliate links
