Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, scheduling, organizing, sending invites
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
  • Set targets for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Support the relevant Audiences teams in the day-to-day analysis, reporting of audience data, dealing with ad hoc requests, and providing support on longer-term projects
  • Develop a content strategy based on a company's or client's business objectives and a customer's or end user's needs
  • Research industry-related topics
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Prepare well-structured drafts
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Submit work to editors for input and approval
  • Setup reminders, organize and schedule events
  • Create a daily, weekly, or monthly series. Also develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the brand to increase awareness
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Analyze competitor activity & recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Managing and handling day-to-day communications in both directions on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube adapting content to suit different channels
  • Involved in communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation
  • Form partnerships and relationships with influencers across platforms
