Requirements

• 3+ years managing feature development teams
• 5+ years working in an Agile environment and helping teams understand the values and principles
• Experience working in a customer centric environment and making sure we consider customer experience n any technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Be paired with an experienced Staff developer and together you will and help the team grow and thrive
• Coach the team on mastering their craft and great operational practices
• Help the team find flow and celebrate the value they are delivering to our customers
• Help them stay connected in a remote environment and foster a culture of belonging and trust
• Work with an incredible peer group and be part of initiatives around how we can better support our teams, such as better domain separation, improving best practices and other improvements to the way we work
