Software QA Tester

Summary

Join Insider Testinium Tech Hub as a Software Quality Assurance Tester and contribute to a dynamic team focused on providing testing for partner customization and support requests. Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to enhance testing processes, communicate effectively with various teams, and execute manual testing procedures. You will report and visualize test results, prepare documentation and test scripts, and ensure proper management of technical integrations. This role requires excellent communication skills in Turkish and English, a keen eye for detail, and general knowledge of web technologies. Requirements

• Have excellent communication skills
• Have working hours from 07:00 to 17:00 or 16:00 to 02:00
• Have a good command of Turkish and English
• Be able to find problems and solve them
• Have a keen eye for detail and be able to summarize the error stages properly
• Have general knowledge about web technologies
• Have experience in testing

Responsibilities

• Provide testing for customization and support requests from partners
• Work with developers and QA Engineers to improve test processes
• Establish necessary communication with business development, design, and technical teams
• Contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
• Carry out manual testing processes of products/services
• Report and visualize test results
• Prepare the necessary documentation and test scripts
• Ensure that technical integrations are properly managed

Have used Jira or other task management tools before
