You will play a key role in advising clients on MES strategy and solution design, while also architecting robust TrakSYS implementations. As a senior leader, you will guide discovery, standardize best practices, and ensure solutions align with client objectives and platform capabilities. This position requires strong MES platform expertise, client-facing experience, and leadership skills. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering. Requirements
- Bachelorโs or masterโs degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in MES consulting, solution architecture, or manufacturing systems implementation
- Strong expertise in MES platforms (TrakSYS preferred), manufacturing process domains, and system integration
- Proven leadership in client-facing roles with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MES-ERP integration and familiarity with industry standards (ISA-95, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead MES architecture design based on customer requirements and manufacturing best practices
- Conduct discovery workshops and site assessments to understand as-is and define to-be processes
- Translate business needs into scalable, flexible, and maintainable TrakSYS solutions
- Create high-level solution architecture documentation and support proposal development
- Provide oversight during MES implementation projects to ensure adherence to design and standards
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution integrity and code/config quality
- Perform technical reviews and provide hands-on problem resolution during critical phases
- Support clients in defining their MES implementation roadmap, including integration with ERP and related systems
- Recommend effective ways to configure and use TrakSYS based on client needs, industry context, and system capabilities
- Lead efforts to create reusable discovery artifacts, design templates, and configuration standards
- Promote cross-project consistency and continuously enhance our delivery methodology
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and internal enablement of new team members
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and solution scoping
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feedback loops and roadmap alignment
- Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on TrakSYS configuration or deployment experience
- Exposure to multiple manufacturing verticals (e.g., Food & Beverage, Pharma, CPG)
