Summary

Requirements

  • Overall 10+ years of enterprise software experience, with at least 5+ years in implementation management
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience implementing enterprise software applications, such as ERP, CRM or SCM, across a range of customers, from SMB to Fortune 500
  • Strong client service and/or management consulting experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with strong customer focus with a results-outcome orientation
  • Experience and comfort with C-level communication
  • Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business solution topics
  • Have developed domain industry or business process skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of architects, consultants, and developers
  • Demonstrated experience driving adoption through achieving business goals and innovation
  • Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Zuora implementation engagements, ensuring that the program remains on time, within budget, and meets the customer's outcome expectations
  • Manage project plans and lead implementations for multiple projects at a time
  • Proactively manage risk prior to failure
  • Manage implementation financials, recognizing the importance of both budget management and services revenue management
  • Present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business solution topics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation projects
  • Experience with SaaS-based implementation
  • Knowledge of and ability to speak to system landscapes
  • SaaS-based subscription management systems experience
  • SaaS-based enterprise software implementation
  • Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST
  • PMI Certification
