You will collaborate with clients to define technical and business needs, develop and present solutions, and ensure successful account management. Requirements
- Have three plus years of combined hands-on systems administration, endpoint operations/management, and cybersecurity knowledge
- Possess knowledge across multiple operating systems
- Have some scripting background
Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback on issues with current products and provide input for new products
- Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
- Perform technical development for solutions as part of a design and development framework to benefit customers and internals alike
- Deploy installations and configurations as well as troubleshooting in customer environments
- Able to understand business drivers and risks involved with the customer
- Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIβs
- Create or deliver technical demos and enable product sellers
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge can be from a career in IT, Sales Engineering with a vendor - or both
- Always leaning forward, taking the initiative to create a solution where one is absent and apply creative problem solving to the benefit of the customer and HCL business
