Summary

Join PointClickCare as a Solution Engineer and deliver engaging presentations showcasing our healthcare solutions to prospective and existing clients. Collaborate closely with sales executives to craft compelling presentations throughout the sales cycle. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, updating presentation materials, and staying current on industry trends. This role involves both virtual and in-person presentations, including participation in industry events. The position is a contract role through November 1st, 2025, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. The hourly rate is $60-$65, with an additional 4% added in lieu of benefits.

Requirements

  • 2 Years Experience in Long Term Care or Senior Living (financial or billing background is a plus, experience in customer support
  • Bachelor Degree in Healthcare or Sales or related discipline
  • 2+ years experience with an EHR platform
  • 3+ years of presenting lengthy / complex material

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Sales Account Executives to create and provide polished professional presentations during various stages of the sales cycle
  • Respond to questions and requests during and after the presentation, ensuring timely follow-up of take-away items
  • Create and update sales presentation guidelines, scenarios, materials and database environments. To do this successfully, individuals need to stay up-to-date on changes to the company's solutions, industry changes and incorporate those changes into the presentations and the materials used
  • Deliver presentations virtually (proficient use of remote technology tools), as well as in person at customer locations
  • Participate in tradeshows and other company and industry events
