Summary

- Experience with pre-sales activities including proposal development, client presentations, and product demonstrations
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing growth and development, including recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching
- Partner with sales leadership and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Coach the team toward attaining key performance metrics and goals
- Deliver against your objectives and key results
- Integrate the PreSales teams in SaaS GTM strategy and best practices
- Maximize your impact by understanding the motivations of your team, and adapting your communication accordingly (you have genuine empathy for others and a high emotional intelligence)
- Drive and contribute to regional and global projects to improve operational excellence and drive innovation
Preferred Qualifications
Reporting skills via Excel/GSheets, BI tools such as Looker, SQL, etc. a plus
