Summary

Join Anaplan's pre-sales team as a Solution Consultant and be part of a rapidly growing cloud vendor. You will work with large enterprise prospects in Germany, identifying and solving complex business problems using Anaplan's platform. This role involves developing solutions, demos, and messaging, building POC models, and navigating complex prospect environments. You will also cross-train teammates and create product awareness. The ideal candidate possesses strong presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills, along with knowledge of supply chain processes. A master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology
  • Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills - both internally and externally
  • Knowledge about one or more Supply Chain core processes like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Production Planning
  • Comfortable challenging old ways of doing things
  • Must thrive within a commission-based compensation plan
  • Ability to take a consultative selling approach by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution
  • Native German fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Engage with targeted, large enterprise prospects in Germany to identify broken business processes and problems
  • Ascertain and explain Anaplan’s unique ability to solve them
  • Developing domain-specific solutions, demos, and messaging
  • Building POC models that are tailored to solve prospects’ pain-points
  • Navigating complex prospect environments to facilitate the adoption of the Anaplan solution
  • Cross-training teammates on solutions expertise
  • Creating product awareness in the marketplace

Preferred Qualifications

  • A background in supply chain multi-dimensional modeling, business intelligence or analytics
  • Prior pre-sales experience in Enterprise Planning Management/Business Process Management
  • EPM / CPM / BI or ERP Solution sales a big plus
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration of equivalent strongly preferable
