Join Fleetio as a Solutions Consulting Manager to lead a newly formed team, build high-performing teams, and establish scalable operating rhythms. Requirements

  • SaaS Presales Expertise
  • Experience leading presales or SC teams at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of how SCs drive value across complex B2B sales cycles
  • Proven ability to both coach and step in as a hands-on contributor when needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Manage and coach a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across segments
  • Conduct live and recorded call coaching, support ongoing skill development, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Provide structured growth planning, regular 1:1s, and long-term career pathing for team members
  • Build and Scale Operating Cadences
  • Design and implement core SC workflows such as pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and account planning
  • Establish best practices and scalable frameworks for product demonstrations, discovery, and technical validation
  • Implement success metrics and reporting to assess and continuously improve team effectiveness
  • Drive Cross-Functional and Strategic Initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of SC to align team goals with broader departmental and company strategies
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive coordinated execution and field readiness
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and the development of a repeatable SC operating model

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with public sector and enterprise GTM motions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, demo environments, and SC tooling
  • Background in early-stage startups or SaaS companies undergoing scale
