Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join 1Password as a Solutions Engineer, SMB, and play a key role in supporting sales teams and customers. You will be responsible for assisting with compliance needs, responding to security questionnaires, and creating valuable content. This one-year contract position is remote within the Netherlands. You will work with SMB and Commercial customers, provide training, and create knowledge-base content. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and German, 3+ years of B2B customer-facing experience, and the ability to disseminate technical information. Occasional travel may be required for in-person engagements.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to engage and develop relationships, sharing information effectively across all professional levels
• 3+ years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment
• Ability to disseminate and popularize technical information for a general audience
• Superior presentation and communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and quality
• Excitement when it comes to investigating, testing and exploring solutions for customers
• Strong level of autonomy with the ability to drive projects with limited guidance
• Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Work with our SMB and Commercial customers to share product knowledge and demonstrate aspects of 1Password
• Provide training to both customers and team members at 1Password
• Respond to vendor requests, security questionnaires, and legal requests
• Write and manage knowledge-base content for Go-to-market
• Record video resources to be shared internally and with customers
• To be a sought after resource for Go-to-market for questions regarding 1Password
• Work with the rest of your team to create materials for learning about and using 1Password

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal experience with 1Password or another password manager
• Familiarity with the acronyms SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and of course SaaS
• Experience working with SaaS tools and in the security industry
