Remote Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join our e-commerce team as a Solutions Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the integration of web SDKs and tracking pixels into platforms like Shopify, Google Tag Manager, and other eCommerce solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience with web-based platforms and integrations (e.g., Shopify, Google Tag Manager)
• Ability to prioritize workload based on need and opportunity
• Interest and ability to learn new technologies and tools as needed
• Basic understanding of SQL and data structures
• Experience with web development and tracking implementations (e.g., HTML, JavaScript)

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate and resolve new and unknown technical issues with web SDK and pixel integrations
• Collaborate and communicate directly with eCommerce partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Analyze large data sets to identify root causes of product issues and integration challenges
• Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline troubleshooting and support processes
• Propose new features and improvements to web SDKs and integration processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Basic scripting experience in any general-purpose scripting languages
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and the web advertising landscape
