Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Solutions Engineer and bridge the gap between Sales and Technology. Collaborate with National Account Executives and Partner Managers to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions. Configure demo environments, deliver compelling software demonstrations, and provide pre-sales technical assistance. Scope custom work, support AI-related projects, and ensure smooth transitions from Sales to Operations. Serve as a liaison between Sales, Product, and other technical departments. This role requires a natural problem-solving approach and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Be a natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

- Be independent yet collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to tailor messaging to various audiences
- Be reliable and punctual with a proactive work ethic
- Demonstrate a commitment to fostering positive relationships between the company and the community
- Have previous experience as a Sales Engineer, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Have a functional understanding of APIs and browser-based integrations
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with National Account Executives and Partner Managers to manage and interpret customer business and technical requirements
- Configure and maintain software demonstration environments
- Deliver compelling software demonstrations via web and in-person meetings
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to prospects
- Answer business and technical inquiries related to product capabilities and application security
- Write technical and functional content for RFP responses
- Scope and define custom work such as API integrations or feature requests; develop workflow and process diagrams in collaboration with customers
- Support AI-related projects through definition and solutioning
- Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth transitions from Sales to Operations, contributing to Account Plans
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Product, and other technical departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
