Join DataGrail's expanding sales team as a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer and contribute to achieving revenue targets by educating and engaging potential mid-market customers. This remote role, primarily supporting East Coast business hours, involves showcasing DataGrail's data privacy platform to diverse stakeholders, acting as a technical bridge to ensure customer understanding and confidence. The position offers the chance to be a key player in a fast-paced startup, learn from experienced colleagues, and rapidly advance your skills. You will master product demos, become a trusted teammate, and handle RFIs/RFPs. Within 180 days, you'll excel in all product areas, close deals independently, lead deeper evaluations, and creatively solve customer problems. Requirements
- Present technical information clearly and engagingly
- Possess foundational knowledge of privacy and/or compliance technologies and practices
- Confidently engage with prospects, building rapport and acting as an organizational ambassador
- Be a quick and confident learner, embracing continuous improvement
- Master at least two of DataGrailβs products and deliver effective demos
- Have a solid understanding of DataGrail's platform capabilities to respond to written questions
- Know when to ask for help or escalate questions requiring deeper expertise
Responsibilities
- Showcase DataGrail's data privacy platform to potential mid-market customers
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including legal professionals, privacy experts, CISO teams, and engineers
- Act as a technical bridge, ensuring customers understand how DataGrail's solutions address their challenges
- Build confidence in DataGrail's platform and ability to deliver results
- Deliver high-quality demos of DataGrail's products
- Be a reliable and prepared teammate, contributing to a collaborative sales process
- Answer RFIs and RFPs, leveraging a solid understanding of the platform's capabilities
- Deliver comprehensive demos across all DataGrail products and solutions
- Lead and drive deals to closure independently
- Guide prospects through deeper evaluation phases, including proofs-of-concept and technical validations
- Solve customer concerns creatively, offering solutions and workarounds
