Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Hightouch as a Solutions Engineer and leverage your expertise in explaining technical concepts to help big-name companies overcome their toughest data challenges. You will work closely with a talented team, collaborating with Account Executives to remove sales obstacles and advocate for customer interests. This role involves working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, understanding their needs, and crafting creative technical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions, along with expertise in cloud warehouses, data engineering, analytics, modeling, and APIs. Requirements

• 4+ years sales experience
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility
• Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions
• Experience with the following: Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling, and API's

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to remove technical and business-related obstacles in front of a sale
• Advocate for customer interests to relevant internal teams
• Create compelling technical content
• Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their problems and craft creative technical solutions with them

Benefits

• Salary range for this position is $170,000-$220,000 (70/30 split variable) USD per year which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy
