Join LogicGate as a Solutions Engineer and leverage your communication and technical skills to present customized solutions to prospective clients. You will conduct product demonstrations, lead client workshops, uncover customer needs, configure the LogicGate platform, build customer relationships, create educational content, and provide product feedback. The position requires 4+ years of experience in a related field and proficiency in software demonstrations and client presentations. Requirements
- 4+ Years experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant or Customer Success Manager
- Proficiency in conducting and tailoring software demonstrations or client / customer-facing presentations
- Curiosity and the desire to understand our customerโs problems โ and then effectively communicate how LogicGate can add value to their organization
- The ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor the right message to them
- Passion for SaaS applications -- youโre able to understand the value and limitations of the LogicGate platform, front and back
Responsibilities
- Conduct highly effective product demonstrations with prospective customers and LogicGate Account Executives as part of the sales process
- Lead client workshops for data and process gathering to uncover details of current state processes, related business challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Listen to understand customer pain points and connecting their needs to LogicGate solution features
- Configure LogicGate's no code platform for customized demonstrations and proof of concept projects with prospective customers
- Build relationships with prospective customers and becoming a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
- Conduct webinars and assisting in content creation (white papers, blog posts, etc.)
- Provide feedback and intelligence to Product team to identify new potential features and functions and represent the voice of prospective customers
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation Management teams in the transition of customers to ensure seamless experience post sale
