Join Omada Health's Solutions Engineering team as a technical integration facilitator between Omada and its customers and partners. Collaborate with customer-facing and engineering teams on product prioritization and strategy to improve Omada's systems. Guide customers through Omada's internal systems, problem-solve challenges, and work with business partners to build integration strategies. Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience managing complex projects and technical implementations
- More than 3 years in a client-facing role
- Proven experience interfacing with engineering and product teams
- Ability to engage with all levels of an organization, including executive, technical, marketing, and product teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with technical implementations and how they align with business objectives
- Proactive attitude towards risk management and escalation
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Capacity to develop an in-depth understanding of end-to-end systems and data flows
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing technical solutions
- Ability to balance day-to-day tasks with long-term priorities
- Passion for process improvement and documentation
- Foundational knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, Excel, and CSV files
Responsibilities
- Work closely with commercial teams to understand customer requirements and advise internal teams on best ways to meet operational goals given system capabilities
- Participate in customer meetings to present and discuss the technical aspects of proposed solutions
- Develop solutions that align with customer needs, taking into account their timeframes and budgets
- Explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders in an accessible and understandable manner
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and commercial teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and timelines
- Adapt product and service offerings to create integrated solutions for clients
- Serve as the technical point of contact internally and externally throughout an implementation and be accountable for the technical success of a new implementation
- Train and educate cross-functional teams on Omadaβs business systems
