Requirements
Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience - BS in Computer Science strongly preferred, 8+ years of relevant experience, Knows and follows industry best practices, Mastery of Python, Experience withΒ SQL, General knowledge of JS, Fluency with Low-Code or No-Code tools, Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases, Experience using 3rd party APIs, Demonstrates sophisticated problem-solving skills with automation and scripting, Must be able to work effectively with little direct supervision and in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple deadlines, General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes and information flow
Responsibilities
Provide technical support of client integrations including: Design and implementation at onboarding, Leading ongoing system and process enhancements, Collaboration with Engineering and Client Services to resolve problems with existing integrations, Identification of areas in the integration stage of the Client Lifecycle where we could improve, Reviews integration solutions against acceptance criteria to ensure completeness and identify gaps, Develop solutions which solve for timely and consistent data delivery to clients, Support the design and process functions performed in Retool to maintain consistent delivery of client operational tasks, Support transition of client work from Allcode, Support ongoing client servicing activities which require an engineer including bulk updates, email appends, placement backfill, Partner with the Client Integrations Engineering teamΒ and attend regular planning sessions to stay up to date on projects and provide input on their backlog, Reliably provides estimates for their own work, Seeks previously unaddressed opportunities to automate processes and provide self-service tools to other teams
