Solutions Engineering Manager

Summary

Join Fullstory as a Solutions Engineer Manager and lead a team of experienced Solutions Engineers in the Pacific and Mountain Time Zones. You will collaborate with sales leadership to drive strategy and develop solutions for customers. This role involves mentoring your team, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to product development. You will need 5+ years of SaaS experience and proven team leadership skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS experience in solutions engineering, sales strategy, sales enablement, or a related field
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of 6 Solutions Engineers, and equip them with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively demonstrate Fullstory's value proposition
• Establish a strong relationship with sales leadership to develop account strategies, identify opportunities, and find creative solutions
• Develop and enable the team on compelling demos that showcase the value of the latest features and product offerings
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning Fullstory's solutions with their objectives
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and contribute to the development of Fullstory's platform
