Responsibilities

  • Implement Onebrief at a new customer
  • Lead our exercise program
  • Train customers on the product
  • Make the first major planning event a success for new customers
  • Recommend product improvements based on observations of users
  • Provide face-to-face and remote customer support
  • Develop an understanding of customer social dynamics in order to support renewals and future sales
  • Coordinate with the customer and our product engineering team when responding to incidents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of large military headquarters
  • Skillful planner, mainly in the rank of O-4 to O-6
  • Technical skills
  • Ability to work well with customers
