Summary

Join our team at Elevate Labs as a Recruiter to help source quality candidates and review resumes for open roles across various departments. This part-time position is fully remote and flexible, requiring 10-20 hours per week.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience sourcing in-house at a tech company, with an existing tech talent network to draw from
• You are comfortable navigating recruiting platforms (eg. LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Lever, Ashby)
• You are a fast learner and iterate quickly based on feedback
• You are detail-oriented and “sweat the small stuff”
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are curious and adaptable to experimenting and trying new platforms, tools, processes, etc
• You are looking for a long-term, part-time position

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across a variety of roles, meeting or exceeding target metrics
• Review resumes across a variety of roles
• Build our pipelines with an eye for underrepresented candidates
• Manage recruiting-related admin tasks

Preferred Qualifications
