Summary

Join A24's Specialty Marketing + Events team as a part-time, remote intern starting April 2025! This role offers up to 15 hours per week of remote work from anywhere in the US. You will support event planning, research venues and tastemakers, and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about film and marketing. Prior event planning experience is a plus. The hourly rate is $17.50.

Requirements

  • Be extremely detail-oriented and communicative
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Possess strong organizational and research skills
  • Have a good understanding of the A24 brand
  • Have a love of films and curiosity about earned media, marketing and campaigns
  • Be culturally literate, engaged with a knack for research
  • Be able to work remotely

Responsibilities

  • Research potential venues for upcoming premieres, screenings, afterparties, and talent dinners
  • Develop and maintain restaurant and event space lists for major markets (New York, LA, Austin, Toronto, etc)
  • Assist in the administrative tasks related to overall planning of external events (vendor research, availability outreach, etc)
  • Compile and track tastemaker social posts and screenshots/video pulldowns
  • Research tastemakers for outreach on film, TV, and doc projects
  • Pull contacts for tastemaker attendees
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have prior experience in event planning
  • Be personable, social, and enthusiastic
