Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in the restaurant industry
  • Utilize your deep understanding of restaurant operations to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our restaurant clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the restaurant sector. Understand their operational challenges and provide effective beverage solutions
  • Lead and mentor the beverage sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team achieves its sales objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Adapt sales strategies based on these insights
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and outcomes
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall company goals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing operational and sales-related issues promptly and effectively
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI)
