- Extensive background in restaurant operations, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and challenges
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Experience in relationship management and contract negotiation
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in the restaurant industry
- Utilize your deep understanding of restaurant operations to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our restaurant clients
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the restaurant sector. Understand their operational challenges and provide effective beverage solutions
- Lead and mentor the beverage sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team achieves its sales objectives
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Adapt sales strategies based on these insights
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and outcomes
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall company goals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing operational and sales-related issues promptly and effectively
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI)
