Summary

The Senior IT Business Systems Administrator role at MeridianLink involves redefining business processes, implementing enhancements in sales and marketing automation, CRM, and CPQ systems, acting as a liaison between IT and ML business departments, overseeing all internal and external IT operations, managing IT infrastructure, and safeguarding company data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field
• 4-6 years of Salesforce experience as an administrator
• 3+ years of experience with managing work within Agile frameworks and/or Scrum Master or similar project management roles
• Experience working in SaaS/Software industry
• Ability to process analytically with strong data-driven skills
• Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps and sprint/release plans
• Perform configurations and conduct data analysis, leveraging extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Lead a team of analysts and developers through the Agile software development lifecycle
• Utilize technical expertise to design, develop, test, document, and deploy optimized business solutions
• Facilitate solution reviews and obtain sign-off from various business stakeholders
• Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve production support issues related to business applications
