Summary

Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is a leading cannabis company seeking a dynamic Sr Manager, Accounting Operations to oversee general accounting functions across various sections of the business. The role involves overseeing financial statement integrity, monthly financial close, detailed financial analysis and reporting, budget management, internal controls implementation, team management and development, process optimization, stakeholder engagement and communication, audit coordination and support, risk management and mitigation, regulatory compliance monitoring, cross-departmental collaboration, and financial policy development. The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in the cannabis industry, excellent communication skills, advanced Excel skills, strong interpersonal skills, systems experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or Acumatica, and a desire to learn SQL/BI for more in-depth analytics. The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually.

Requirements
