Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in leading Billing, Collections and Operations teams, ideally in technology businesses with B2B products and a strong understanding of Quote to Cash
- Experienced with NetSuite and salesforce.com
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Demonstrate a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Have experience leading strategic and operational initiatives, and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to drive exceptional outcomes for the business while providing a positive customer experience
Responsibilities
- Own OTC end-to-end process and drive continuous improvement by prioritizing areas of improvement based on projected business value and directing projects with cross functional teams
- Lead a high performing team to streamline systems and processes resulting in efficient bookings validation and reporting, exceptional billing quality and timeliness, high CSAT for dispute resolution, reduced DSO and credits, and timely and accurate cash application of customer payments
- Define and execute on strategic initiatives for the OTC team, driving efficiency, accuracy and scalability in our processes through continuous improvement and innovation
- Leverage data and analytics to identify root causes of issues, uncover opportunities for process improvements, and develop comprehensive action plans to address them
- Partner with cross-functional teams across CARET to identify challenges and opportunities, drive solutions, and shape the overall experience for CARET customers
