Summary

The job is for a Senior Operations Consultant - Transformation Services at ReSource Pro. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Business, Finance, Risk Management or other related area of study
  • Lean Six Sigma Black belt or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • PMP certifies or 3+ years of business program management
  • CISR, AINS, ARM, CIC, Licensed Agent, Agile Certified or Certified Insurance Operations Professional preferred
  • 10+ years of US Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience required
  • 5+ years of experience across consulting lifecycle from contracting to discovery, analysis, execution and client management required, but prior Big 4 experience preferred
  • 5+ years of Lean process improvement experience or operations management experience in a service environment required
  • 3+ years in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
  • 3+ years of Operations Management experience, accountable for team leadership and operational result

Responsibilities

  • LeadClient Engagements: Spearheading strategic planning, operational improvement, and system project management initiatives for mid to large-scale clients
  • Effectively participate in the development and delivery of client consulting Proposals to include effective effort estimation, resource planning and pricing to meet Direct Management targets and pipeline management
  • Effectively project manage the delivery of consulting engagements by utilizing project methodology and consulting playbooks/tools to support the delivery of our most complex integrated solutions
  • Maximize Efficiency: Leveraging playbooks, project management tools, and insurance expertise to support client initiatives and drive revenue opportunities within our BPM practice
  • Building Trusted Partnerships: Cultivating strong relationships with clients and internal partners to provide relevant and actionable recommendations
  • Nurture client relationships to drive new and future revenue to include the use of ReSource Pro’s delegation services. Build trusted partner relationships to support future engagements
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performing consulting team
