Sr Product Manager

Summary

Job Description: A Senior Product Manager position at Backbone, a leading Real Estate marketing solution provider in Europe. The role involves developing product strategy, creating a dynamic roadmap, collaborating with teams, conducting user research, and making data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine our product strategy in line with company objectives and market needs
• Create, maintain, and communicate a dynamic product roadmap to ensure timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver product enhancements and new features
• Dive deep into customer needs, challenges, and behaviours to inform product decisions
• Analyse product metrics, A/B tests, and market trends to drive product direction and optimization
• Monitor and report on competitor products and industry trends
• Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the product, working with sales and key customers
• Mentor members of the product management team and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in PropTech SaaS is highly advantageous
