Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous RFx experience
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to effectively collaborate with influencing teams (Sales, Product, Legal and Solution Engineers/Architects), and ability to work independently and function as an individual contributor, which includes creating and tracking assignments, scheduling and managing meetings and executing deadlines
  • Experience managing proposal automation software tools and software optimization tasks
  • Well organized, self-starter, resourceful and a quick learner with strong project management experience and skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling, professional, and tailored proposals in response to SaaS/Security Questionnaires and RFx submissions
  • Navigate complex RFx situations, leveraging advanced proposal management methods to achieve successful outcomes
  • Provide strategic pursuit recommendations and insights for proposals
  • Coordinate response teams to maximize proposal impact, leading reviews and developing win themes with Sales Representatives
  • Manage content updates by training AI tools to produce appropriate content. Coach response teams on RFx best practices
  • Ensure compliance with RFx guidelines and timelines
  • Review and edit peer proposals
  • Engage with Subject Matter Experts and AI tools to update Product, Product Marketing, Cloud Ops, and Security for current and compelling proposals
  • Review Qvidian proposal content updates and drive improvements in the post-submittal process
  • Identify and lead in the execution and management of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Schedule meetings and assign accountability and ownership
  • Exercise independent judgment with minimal support
  • Submit FOIA requests post-proposal submission

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with public-sector RFPs
  • Prior experience with Upland Qvidian software or other proposal automation software
  • APMP or similar project management certification
