Requirements

  • 6+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ within a B2B SaaS company
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex system functionality for business users
  • Experience managing the lead-to-cash process, including opportunity lifecycle management, forecasting, and third-party applications from the AppExchange
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce system limits and best practices to build simple, flexible solutions with scalability in mind
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle and release management process, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain our Salesforce environment, including user management, security settings, and data integrity
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, and Lightning components
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleanup to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automated processes to provide actionable insights and improve business efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance, integrations, and functionality
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are fully leveraging Salesforce capabilities
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems and AppExchange applications for our Go-to-Market teams
