Requirements

  • Experience leading post-launch optimizations, success metrics, and user feedback
  • Attention to detail including precise and effective communications
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and scale to accommodate rapid growth
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Define the roadmap and user experience of new product initiatives
  • Manage the product development process end-to-end, from conception through design, release, and future iterations
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand our target audience
  • Design new features, define scope, and deliver value rapidly
  • Write product plans, detailed requirements, and user stories
  • Work with the UX team to create wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups
  • Be a trusted business partner to the engineering team and serve as a strategic advisor for all technical and business-related matters related to the product
  • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions across the entire organization
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and collaborate with sales and marketing to evangelize product releases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the data security landscape, including Data warehouses, Databases, Cloud Storage and Analytics and BI applications
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA would be a nice to have
