Responsibilities

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Working with the sourcing team to identify ideal candidates
• Submitting candidates for various companies and jobs
• Working on Tech and Non-tech roles
• Sourcing on some of your own jobs (on LinkedIn and in our existing ATS)
• Nurturing candidate relationships, ensuring jobs stay top of mind
• Negotiating offers and making hires
