Remote Staff Accountant

Summary

Join a dynamic team at ICAST as a Staff Accountant and assist the Controller with accounting functions, including construction and grant project accounting, payroll, and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• Possess a BS in Accounting or similar degree
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Sage Intacct
• 3+ Years of accounting experience in a similar role that includes AP, AR, ledgers, payroll, account analysis, develop KPI variance analysis and monthly reporting

Responsibilities

• Partner with team members to guide and monitor overall project/grant financial status
• Prepare monthly report with current budget to actual analysis and identify risks or opportunities
• Contribute to monthly and year-end close processes by completing components as assigned
• Direct the design and implementation of process improvements to gain efficiency or adapt to external changes
