Summary

Join Limble's growing Finance team as an experienced Accountant, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial integrity, and optimizing accounting operations. You'll own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of GAAP, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for enhancing accounting efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment
  • NetSuite experience required
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and process optimization
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Audit experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses to maintain financial integrity
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and support the development of internal accounting policies and procedures
  • Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, and tax filings by collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, FP&A, and Operations to improve financial processes and reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance accounting efficiency
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and software (NetSuite, etc.)
