Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; holding a Master’s degree is a bonus
  • A well-rounded background with 10+ years in data analysis, including substantial experience in a role centered around marketing analysis
  • Proven knowledge of marketing operations and campaign analysis
  • In-depth experience working with SQL preferably with Snowflake. Nice to have experience using dbt
  • Demonstrated expertise in traffic analysis tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Adobe Analytics
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and building Tableau, Mixpanel & LaunchDarkly dashboards or similar experience with other BI tools
  • Experience in Data Observability and anomaly detection with tools like Monte Carlo and Metaplane

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Insights: Collaborate with marketing and product stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable analytical tasks and projects
  • Campaign Experimentation and A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to rigorously evaluate marketing initiatives
  • Marketing Attribution and Lead Conversion Metrics: Apply robust marketing attribution models to assess the contribution of different channels and touchpoints to lead conversion
  • Forecasting and Predictive Modeling: Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends, predict outcomes, and identify potential opportunities for optimization
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Dive deep into datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to customer behavior, campaign performance, and market dynamics
  • Dashboard Development: Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau and Snowflake to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement in marketing data collection, analysis, and reporting to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Communication and Presentation: Present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences, influencing strategic decisions at various levels of the organization. Prepare detailed reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to a broad audience
